The Atlanta Hawks’ season hasn’t gone as planned, but when Trae Young heats up, they look much more like the team that reached the Eastern Conference Finals a year ago. Young had one of those explosive performances on Tuesday when he erupted for 45 points in a 117-111 win over the New York Knicks. Young had been held to 21 and nine points in his previous two games, both losses.
