Springwoods Village rebrands as City Place, hires former Woodlands exec to oversee new development effort

CDC Houston, a subsidiary of New York-based Coventry Development Corp., has entered into a joint venture with Scottsdale, Arizona-based DMB Development to build a new residential development within the 2,000-acre community.
